This type of error message occurs when your payment is not immediately validated by the payment platform we use. Our system continues for one hour to try and receive a validation.
In most cases this will eventually happen, and your tickets will be mailed to you.
When no validation is received your order will be cancelled and the tickets will be put up for sale again.
You have not received a confirmation of your order after one hour? Then you should contact us so we can look into the matter.
If you have paid by credit card, you should mention the transaction date, the amount paid, and the kind of card you have used. We need this information to identify your payment and order.
