Is the event rescheduled to a new date ?
Your tickets remain valid for the new date.
The consequences of the corona crisis weigh heavily on the events sector. Minister of Work, Economy and Consumers, has therefore taken a number of measures to help the sector overcome this difficult period and define refund rules if can can't make it to the new date :
“Event organizers can reschedule events to a later date and only have to refund a customer if they can prove that they really can't attend on the new date. These are exceptional measures taken to prevent many companies from going bankrupt and jeopardizing future services to consumers. I cannot emphasize enough that these measures are also in the interest of the consumer. Without measures, this situation would lead to serious loss of income and could put many organizations, from large concert organizers to small theatre companies, in serious financial difficulties."
If you are unable to attend the event on the new date due to of personal reasons, you can submit a refund request within 30 days after the announcement via email. In that case you fill in the refund request form and provide us with with valid supporting documents - you have to demonstrate why you cannot attend the new date. A marriage, a planned medical procedure or a planned holiday are examples of reasons that can be accepted. If after these 30 days there are exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending the event, please contact us through this form so we can check with you whether you meet the conditions for a refund. Circumstances covered by the proposed cancellation insurance (illness, death,…) are not included.
