- In the app or in your online account, select the ticket you wish to transfer.
- Submit both the name and the email address of the recipient.
- The recipient will receive an email with an invitation to accept the transferred tickets. This is only possible if they have a Ticketmaster account. If the recipient does not yet have one, they can create one via the invitation.
- Tickets are now available in the recipient's account. In your own account, these tickets will appear as ‘transferred’.
Once your friend accepts the transfer, your original barcode for that ticket(s) is no longer valid.
