BUYING TICKETS?
How do I buy resale tickets?
This symbol means a ticket is being sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying it is exactly the same as when you buy a new ticket. We verify every ticket on our Ticket Exchange, so the ticket and seat you buy is the ticket you get.
Ticket availability can change so if the tickets you want aren't shown or the amount of tickets you’d like isn't available, you may want to try later as more tickets may be listed.
My plans have changed, can I have a refund/exchange?
We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds unless an event has been cancelled.
Resale tickets have been purchased from an individual seller and not directly from Ticketmaster, so, unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on these unless the event is cancelled. For the same reason, we are also not able to exchange Resale tickets for different ones.
How can I pay for resale tickets?
Visa/ Mastercard/ AmEx/ Bancontact
Why are the same tickets showing at a different price?
Tickets available on our ticket exchange are being resold by different fans. Each fan will set their own price which means you may see the same type of ticket being listed at different prices. A 10% service fee is charged for the resale platform coverage.
Why can I only buy a certain number of tickets?
Tickets on our ticket exchange are all being listed for sale by fans, which means different quantities could be relisted by different sellers. If the quantity you’re looking for isn’t available from the listing you’ve select, simply select a different listing.
When will I receive my resale tickets?
After you’ve purchased tickets you’ll see the order in your Ticketmaster account. Tickets may not be available until closer to the event date.
