Ticketmaster, on behalf of its clients, strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase accessible seating tickets for venues across the country. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible tickets will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place.
Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities and their companions. Please note that misuse of these tickets may result in cancellation of your order.
Where wheelchair accessible seating is available, you’ll see the following icon on the seat map for your event:
Reserved for wheelchair users and located near accessible entrances,
exits, and restroom facilities.
You can request also request accessible tickets, using the following options:

Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
Because Ticketmaster works with thousands of venues, the best place to get the answer is usually the official venue website. We’ve listed webpages for our most popular venues below. If your venue is not listed, please visit the venue’s official website or search for it online.
If your accessibility needs have changed due to a new diagnosis, accident, or medical condition, contact us through this form. We will review your order and assist in arranging the most appropriate accommodation where possible.
