There are various reasons why ticket transfer is not (yet) possible:
- Tickets where (for security reasons for example) the name on the ticket must match the name of the person who booked the tickets, cannot be transferred.
- In addition, the organiser / promoter of an event may choose not to allow ticket transfer.
- When several official parties sell tickets for an event, ticket transfer may need to be disabled sooner. This is due to technical and logistical agreements between the different ticketing companies (e.g. loading barcodes into the scanning system of our ticketing partner).
- Only tickets can be trasferred, possible extra items you purchased with your tickets can't be transferred.
