1. Check your Inbox for a 'Ticket Transfer' email. If you can't find it there, check your spamfolder!

2. Open the email and click "Accept Ticket Transfer"

3. Log in or create a new Ticketmaster account

4. In your account, select "Accept Ticket Transfer"
