Does the cancellation insurance work in case of a cancelled or rescheduled event?

In case of a canceled event customers are automatically refunded, so that it is not necessary to use the cancellation insurance.

For shifted events, you will receive a period for which a refund can be requested. Once this period has expired, a refund will therefore no longer be possible. The transfer of the event can not be used afterwards as a valid reason for cancellation via the cancellation insurance.
