Every ticket Ticketmaster.be delivers mentions the name linked to the client account through which the purchase was made. An order may contain more than one ticket, but the name will be the same on all tickets.
If the person who attends the event did not buy the ticket, this generally does not pose a problem. Some events, however, demand that these identities should match. You might also encounter a problem if your ticket cannot be properly scanned at the entrance to the event. In order to receive a duplicate ticket, the ticketholder will have to prove the buyer’s identity.
We draw your attention to the fact that we can only issue duplicates for tickets that were purchased directly from us. We are not able to vouch for the validity of tickets bought elsewhere, or bought second-hand. For more information on this subject, we suggest you contact our services through this form, or by telephone.
