How do I buy a ticket for a person with a disability?
In collaboration with INTER we put in a great effort to make the festival accessible to people with a disability. People with a disability who wish to use the wheelchair platform at the concert need to send an application via Ticketmaster.be.
Pay Attention! These specific tickets will only be on sale via Ticketmaster.be!
You can reserve these tickets from September 25th at 11:00 by filling in this form.
The platform is not only intended for wheelchair users. Also people who have difficulties with walking or standing - due to disability or illness - people with restricted growth or short stature, people with visual impairments... can buy these tickets. The latter can also buy tickets for the grandstand (with places to sit). There are no elevators available in the stadium. We advise people using crutches to order tickets for the platform.
Please Note!
The tickets for the wheelchair platform cost € 90,00 and only a limited number of tickets is available.
Maximum of 2 tickets for the wheelchair platform per order.
You can only make a reservation if you can produce a copy of your European blue parking card or of another official document which states that you have a disability.
If you do not wish to use the wheelchair platform, simply buy ordinary tickets. However, if you want to use other facilities (parking, alternative entrance...), please make your request before the show.
If you wish to make use of the above, please fill out this subscription form
Afterwards you will be contacted by the customer service of Ticketmaster.
For any additional questions, get in touch with edsheeran@inter.vlaanderen.
What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly-inflated prices.
How many tickets can I buy?
There will be a strict limit of 6 tickets per show date per transaction. This restriction is in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the person with the smartphone device containing all the tickets.
Group tickets (more than 6 people) are not available.
PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.
But we want to go as a bigger group/family?
You will have to try to complete another order with another mobile device.
Can I buy tickets as a gift?
The matching ID of the surname of the lead booker will be an entry requirement, the other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the lead booker. If you want to buy as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.
What are the entry requirements?
To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your fully charged smartphone or smartphone. You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.
Accepted forms of Photo ID are – A valid official Identity Card, a current driver’s licence (including provisional licence), a current or recently expired passport (provided the picture is a good resemblance of the holder).
What are the age restrictions?
Under 16s should be accompanied by an adult. No children under 5.
In the unlikely event you are looking to purchase tickets on behalf of 16-18 year olds who do not have access to a smartphone we recommend that you attend the show with the group.
Children under the age of 12 are recommended to buy a seat. They will not be admitted to the standing floor. Under 16’s who prefer the standing floor, must be accompanied by an adult in possession of a valid ticket in the same price level.
All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed at the sales pages on the ticket agent websites.
I can’t find my confirmation email?
in the first instance please check your junk or spam folder. If that doesn’t work contact the customer services of the ticket agent you believe you booked through. If you are unsure which company you bought from this is usually displayed on your credit card statement or bank statement.
My phone is out of battery so I can’t access my ticket(s)?
Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation. Of course if you run out of battery please go to the helpdesk at entrance where someone will be able to assist you to find your order.
What if I lose my smartphone or change my number before the shows?
Please contact us here for support.
What if my smartphone was lost or stolen on the day of the show?
Don’t worry, we have a full record of every lead booker who bought tickets for the shows and will be able to help. Please go to the helpdesk at entrance where someone will be able to assist you
I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?
As of October 11, you will see a 'Resale' button next to your tickets in your account. There you will be able to offer your ticket(s) for sale to other fans
The reselling of any Ed Sheeran ticket is not possible other than through the official face value resale platform of Ticketmaster. Click here for more information. Any Ed Sheeran ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including Viagogo or any other unauthorised source including all secondary ticket retail websites), will result in the entire original booking being cancelled. The original purchaser and their party will be refused admission and any other purchases they hold will also be cancelled.
When will we receive our tickets?
Remember, we are operating a digital smartphone ticketing system. Therefore, no physical tickets will be posted or emailed in advance. Your smartphone contains your ticket(s) in the application of the official ticket vendor (Ticketmaster) and they’ll be sent to you nearer to the time of the shows.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal use cameras and smart-phone cameras are fine.
How early should we turn up?
Doors will open at 16:00 local time. Please do allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.
I can’t get in with my tickets, it failed to scan and I’ve been turned away at the turnstile?
Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to our helpdesk at the entrance where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website.
What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?
Your smartphone number is linked to your ticket order. Your tickets are linked to both your account with your chosen ticket agent AND your smartphone number. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value resale channels (via Ticketmaster) then the smartphone number will not be linked to the ticket(s) and you will be refused entry to the venue.
Since October 1st 2013 reselling of tickets for events and/or concerts is covered by the act of 30 July 2012. This act stipulates the regular and/or occasional reselling tickets for events and concerts at a price higher than the definitive price of the original seller is prohibited.
Buy your tickets only from a recognised sales outlet! Don't blindly order your tickets through the first website that pops up on your search engine. Chances are you are visiting an auctioning website or a ticket reseller. Not only will tickets offered through these websites be more expensive; They will probably be false, as we work with digital tickets only for this show. Chances are almost certain that you will be denied access to the show if you would buy a ticket via one of said websites. Only tickets bought via ticketmaster.be will be the real deal.
There is a legal framework in Belgium that curbs the resale of tickets. The law of 30 July 2013 concerning the sale of tickets to events states that:
- The occasional resale of tickets is allowed if the sale price is not higher than the definitive price that is on the ticket. For this show you can do so via the official resale option of your official point of purchase. This will be Ticketmaster.be
- The non-occasional or regular reselling, or making platforms available where non-occasional resale can take place or where the price can exceed the maximum permitted price is prohibited.
- The sale of free tickets, invitations, sponsor tickets or special offers of tickets before the official sale date is prohibited.
- The victim of above mentioned practices can reclaim from the reseller the excess amount paid.
Nevertheless, the trade in festival tickets on parallel markets is rampant. Contrary to tickets purchased via the official ticket channels, tickets purchased on the black market do not guarantee validity. All too often we find that fraudulent tickets are offered via these channels. It is most likely that tickets purchased on a parallel market are on the blacklist, so the access to the concert will be refused. More info can be found on www.ilovemyticket.com and FOD Economie.
