How can I roll over my ticket(s) for Alcatraz 2020 to Alcatraz 2021?
All tickets and other products for Alcatraz 2020 have automatically been rolled over to Alcatraz 2021. Your ticket(s) to Alcatraz 2021 is/are available for download on your Ticketmaster profile. So you don’t have to do a single thing!
My original ticket(s) to Alcatraz 2020 had already been carried over to Alcatraz 2021. How can I roll over my ticket(s) to Alcatraz 2022?
From 11 June 2021 until 09 July 2021 you can ask Ticketmaster to convert your order for 2020/2021 into an identical order for our 2022 edition. There is no surcharge. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number(s). As soon as your request has been processed your ticket(s) to Alcatraz 2022 will be available for download on your Ticketmaster profile.
I can no longer find my converted ticket from 2020 to 2021. Now what?
Can I also carry over my accommodations and other reservations to 2022?
This applies to combi tickets and VIP combi tickets, to camping tickets (standard camping, camper camping, motorcycle camping, Friend’s Area, Eagle’s Plaza) and all food and drink vouchers.
I bought tickets to the 2020 edition. Can I request a refund?
You can submit a request for a refund if you are unable to attend Alcatraz 2021 due to personal reasons. A wedding, a planned medical procedure or a holiday booking are examples of valid reasons. From 11 June 2021 until 09 July 2021 you can apply for refund here.
I bought my ticket from a reseller site. Now what?
Unfortunately we can’t help you since you are not a direct customer of Ticketmaster. We recommend that you contact the reseller where you bought your ticket(s).
ACCESS TO THE ALCATRAZ 2021 FESTIVAL - COVID-19 MEASURES (latest update: 4 June 2021*)
Every visitor will have to provide a proof of:
- Full vaccination (+ 2 weeks. If vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson: + 4 weeks)
- OR a negative PCR-test (less than 72 hours old)
- OR a negative rapid test (it is possible to obtain a rapid test near the festival site).
If he or she cannot provide this, entrance to the festival site will be inexorably refused. The festival will make NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
