When finalizing your purchase, you can choose between different types of delivery methods.
Digital Ticket (eTicket or mobile ticket)
If you opt for the Digital Ticket (eTicket or mobile ticket), the one will be sent to the email address entered in your customer account. It is also available, downloadable and printable at any time in "My Account" https://www.ticketmaster.be/myAccount. In addition, your ticket will be available in the Ticketmaster application as a mobile ticket. All you need to do is present it as an access ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance of your event.
Warning: The mobile ticket is not printable or downloadable!
If you choose to send by post, you can choose the simple shipment (national and international), or recommended (international only) of your tickets.
In the case of tickets sent by registered post, proof of identity and signature will be requested by the postal service. Your tickets will only be sent after receiving your payment. For some events, sending by post is not offered as a way of delivering tickets.
