If you have opted to receive your tickets by mail, they are normally delivered within two weeks of the processing of your payment.
An embargo may apply to certain events, resulting in the availability of the tickets only after a certain predetermined date, which will be communicated in a timely manner.
Should you not yet be in possession of your tickets two days before the event, you may contact us by filling out this form. We will then make sure that you receive your tickets in the form of eTickets. These will be made available through the email address you entered when setting up your account. There are no extra charges involved.
Careful ! Should you still receive the original tickets by mail, make sure not to use them. When we generate eTickets, the original barcodes are inevitably invalidated. The original tickets will not allow you to access the event.
