You have opted to receive E-tickets
1. You have paid by bank transfer: before receiving your tickets, it is necessary that your payment reaches us. This may take a few working days.
2. You have paid by credit card or bank card: your tickets should be sent as an attachment with your confirmation email.
You have not received the order confirmation? We advise you to contact us so that we can see where the problem is situated. Be sure to mention the last four digits of the card with which the payment was made, as well as the date of the transaction, the amount paid, and the type of card used. We will be happy to help you!
You have opted to receive your tickets by mail
When you have opted to receive your tickets by regular or registered mail, we generally mail them within 15 working days of the payment's arrival. If you have been wating longer for your tickets to arrive, do contact our services: we will check your address, and find a solution for the problem.
