- How can I exchange my GMM 2021 ticket(s) for GMM 2022 ticket(s)?

- My original ticket(s) for GMM 2020 were already rebooked to GMM 2021. How can I exchange my ticket(s) to GMM 2022?
These will also be automatically transferred to GMM 2022. All tickets, accommodations and tokens are automatically transferred to GMM 2022. As of 11 October 2021 you can download your GMM2022 ticket(s) from your Ticketmaster account. You don't have to do anything!
- Can I also transfer my accommodations and other reservations to GMM 2022?
This applies to all festival tickets (day and combi tickets), to all accommodations (rental tents at Camping Boneyard, Flexotels at Camping Skullotel, pitches or festihuts at Camping Metal Town, cottages or hotel rooms at Devil’s Lake and bungalows or hotel rooms at Metal Park) and GMM tokens. During the month of October your tickets for GMM 2022 will become available to download on your Ticketmaster account. You don't have to do anything!
- Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to attend GMM on the new date in 2022 due to of personal reasons, you can submit a refund request between 01/09/2021 and 31/12/2021. In that case you fill in this refund request form and provide us with valid supporting documents - you have to demonstrate why you cannot attend the new date. A marriage, a planned medical procedure or a planned holiday are examples of reasons that can be accepted.

- I have a unused GMM Voucher. Will it remain valid?
Your unused voucher will remain valid. With the voucher you can purchase tickets and / or ancillary products for the 2022 and 2023 edition. More information about the voucher can be found here.
- I have already used my GMM Voucher to purchase ticket(s) for the 2021 edition. Will my ticket(s) remain valid for GMM 2022?

- How do I request a GMM Voucher?
As of 11 October 2021 you can roll over your festival ticket(s) or GMM tokens to a voucher. ATTENTION! Remember to apply for your voucher before 21 October 2021.
- Go to Ticketmaster.be.
- Log in to My Account and go to your GMM order. (Forgot password? Click here)
- Click on “Request Voucher” and follow the steps.
- You will receive a confirmation email after your request.
- Once the Voucher has been created, you will receive a new email with the code.
- What can I buy with my GMM Voucher?
Your Voucher is linked to the organizer of the original event. This means that you can only use the Voucher for purchasing tickets for festivals offered by this organizer of Graspop Metal Meeting.
- Why can't I use my GMM voucher at all events on ticketmaster.be?
Ticketmaster is an intermediary - we provide tickets to you, the visitor, on behalf of the organizer of an event. Also now we are the intermediary and we deliver the voucher on behalf of the organizer. That is why you can only redeem this credit at events they organize.
- How long is my GMM Voucher valid?
The GMM Voucher is valid for the 2022 and 2023 edition. You will also receive the validity period by mail as soon as the Voucher is created.
- Can I use one GMM Voucher on multiple GMM orders?
Yes, you can use the Voucher on multiple orders as long as the credit is available.
- Can I use multiple GMM Vouchers for one GMM order?
You can only use one Voucher per order. Do you have multiple Vouchers? Then you will have to use it on multiple orders.

- I bought my ticket from a resale site. What should I do?
Because you are not a direct customer of Ticketmaster in this case, we unfortunately can’t do anything for you. We advise you to contact the company where you’ve purchased the tickets.
- Would you like to make use of our disabled facilities?
If you want to make use of our disabled facilities (parking, campsite, viewing platform, ...) at GMM 2022 you will need to submit a new application to Inter. New applications can be submitted here as of this autumn.
