As soon as there is more information about the event you have tickets for, we or the promoter will inform you by e-mail. Please keep an eye on your unwanted / junk / spam e-mail as well.
We will try our best to inform everyone before the current date of the event. You can always check the location and / or promoter websites for the latest information.

If you have a question, you should be able to find the answer on our helpdesk. You can see all the events that have been rescheduled or cancelled so far below. If your event is not listed below that means it is going ahead as planned.

Covid Safe Ticket-protocol
Ticketmaster is an intermediary. We deliver tickets to you, the visitor, on behalf of the organizer of an event. The local authorities can impose measures for visiting an indoor or outdoor event. It is up to the organizer to decide how these measures are applied. Each visitor is responsible for closely following possible extra measures for a safe visit. Ticketmaster does not accept any risk associated with attending an event or otherwise linked to Covid-19 (Coronavirus).
To access an event, the organizer may request a COVID (Covid Safe Ticket) certificate. The Belgian government has decided that events with a determined capacity may take place with a Covid Safe Ticket-protocol. The Covid Safe Ticket-protocol allows you to attend an event with a mouth mask and without social distancing.
Attention: The Covid Safe Ticket is not a Ticketmaster product and does not deliver it. Click here for more information about the Covid Safe Ticket.
You can also check the website of the venue or event for more information. We will also send you an email before the event with all the information you need.
If the visitor does not comply with the "Covid Safe Ticket"-protocol, this is no reason for a refund. In the case of an incomplete vaccination, a PCR-test or antigen-test may be sufficient to gain access. The costs of a possible test that the visitor must undergo will not be refunded by the organizer or Ticketmaster. A mandatory quarantine also does not result in a refund, rebooking or storecredit. If the ticket buyer wishes to make use of the additional cancellation insurance purchased, we would like to refer you here. For ticket buyers without cancellation insurance, our general terms and conditions apply.
