There are several reasons why reselling your tickets is not (yet) possible:
• Reselling is not yet technically possible for some types of tickets.
○ Personalised tickets (tickets by name) cannot be offered for resale.
○ If you live in a country that is currently not supported by our payment provider, it is unfortunately not possible yet to resell your tickets via Ticketmaster. We are working hard to add more countries.
• In addition, the organiser / promoter of an event can choose to disable resale per event.
• If you bought your tickets via our resale platform, it is not possible to offer them for resale again.
• If you received your tickets via "Ticket Transfer", it is also not possible to resell them.
• It is also not possible to resell tickets if you are a minor. If you want to resell a ticket and you are under 18, please enter the details of your parent or guardian.

It is also only possible to resell your tickets until a maximum of 8 hours before the event (there are exceptions where the resale closes earlier).
